SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We keep our shipping very simple. USA orders over $30 are free, orders under $30 are charged a flat rate of $3.99. Outside the US, shipping is $9.99 but free for orders over $75.

Our orders usually dispatch within 36 hours. During busy periods this time can (and usually is) longer. The shipping of items to USA zip codes should be 1-3 days. Outside the USA, 7-28 Days.

If you need an order before a specific date/event please contact us BEFORE placing the order as there is nothing we can do once it's been placed. We never guarantee specific delivery dates because much of the fulfillment process is beyond our control but we will always do our best to meet customers needs.

We do not currently sell to EU countries, if you live in the EU and are interested in our products, you can sign up here to be notified when this changes.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Absolutely, once your order has been fulfilled you will be sent tracking information to either your email or phone number, depending on what you entered at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Simply, yes. However, we do not currently sell EU countries.
WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE SHIPPING OPTION?
Simplicity is the main reason. Secondly, as our t-shirts are printed after the order is placed, there is little we can do to truly increase delivery speed. For that reason, we decided on a shipping policy that is simple, easy to understand and provides the best value to our customers.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Buying online has never been safer than it is right now. All our payments are encrypted so there is no payment information stored on our servers. Your card deatils are only used to proccess the payment. In addition, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee to ensure all our customers can shop with confidence.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse our store and find products you like. Easily choose your size and color and then add to cart. From your cart (top right corner) follow the steps, filling in the required information as you go. Then once you've progressed through all of the steps, you will see an order confirmation screen. You will be sent tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. Accounts are optional. They are great (and required) for creating your own Wishlist of products you. It will also speed up checkout by saving information to prevent you having to type it in everytime.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
We recommend using the Facebook Messenger plugin to contact us.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel or change the order. However, if you do have any issues with your order please feel free to contact us through Facebook Messenger.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. If there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as you recieve it. You can use our online return form to request a return. You will find that form here.
